A convenient Weber grill (with direct gas connection) allows for gourmet summer meals to be prepared with minimal clean up. Home further includes a rooftop deck with hot tub affording panoramic views of both the ocean and bay and the best that the island offers.

Accommodations feature (3) beautiful master suites, including third floor master which spans from the ocean to the bay. Second floor 4th bedroom contains (1) king and (1) single; 5th bedroom contains (2) singles. Separate TV room/den may be used as a (6th) bedroom.

Recreation in this oceanfront gem begins with an awesome game room for family fun including the following: pool table, air hockey, foosball, 9 foot shuffle board table, TV, and (2nd) refrigerator. Game room leads to a professionally landscaped patio with access to an oversized storage room for beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, beach gear, etc.

*Regarding check in and check out time, there will be a late fee of $250 charged on departures from the premises later than 10 AM. $500 additional fees will be charged on departures after 10:30. Addendum to be signed with lease.
