This is a great NEW place in the best location of Bucharest, very quiet and modern apartment.
It is perfect for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers, families (with kids) and big groups.
Just across the street is the entrance of the most entertainment place in town, the OLD CITY CENTER, where you have pedestrian area and you can find a lot of great restaurants, bars, clubs and theaters.

You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance!

The space

The place is near to the Parliament House and it has view on it, near to subway, to bus station and parks. All of this are on walking distance.
The apartment has more than 120 square meters and it can be used according to your preference in the different ways.
The space combines new classic furniture with a unique touch of modern art.
The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: it has everything you need including dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, orange juice maker, dish washing machine.
The property is at the fifth floor at a secure building and I must specify also that the windows are sound proof isolated.

Guest access

The building it can be accessed very easy because it is the only tower building in the area, at the intersection of Calea Victoriei boulevard (which is the most known and oldest boulevard in Bucharest), Natiunile Unite street (which is the street where the House of the Parliament is) and Dambovita river.

There are free of charge Parking places in the street which you can find very easy and also paid parking places in front of the building.

Transport to location :

Airport pick-up upon request and reservation.
All the cars are new Mercedes E Class 2014 or newer.
Price: 25€/way

We are also organize city tours and one day trips to the seaside, mountains (Bran - Dracula`s Castle, Peles Castle, Pelisor Castle and areas), upon request.

Thanks Nick! Really available and responsive :) we stayed in a different apartment, maybe even bigger. The area around, building and entrance would need some serious cleaning though

The property I booked was not available and they gave me another property.

The house they gave me was very dirty in general. The floor was dirty full of hairs, the furniture was dirty, the refrigerator, the walls. I waited for the days to pass, the sheets and towels smelled of mold. It was a very bad experience. Finally, this property is located on the ground floor with the road making a lot of noise. It was a disappointment in general
