Nestled on a serene street, just a brief two-minute stroll to local shops and approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach, this expansive holiday retreat boasts an exceptional location. The house has been thoughtfully adorned with brand-new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and bedding.

One of the standout features of this property is the dedicated theatre room, complete with plush sofas, immersive surround sound, a projector, and an expansive screen. This is in addition to the two other lounge areas, each equipped with a flat screen TV.

Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by the exquisite polished wooden floors that stretch throughout the home. The entire space benefits from ducted heating and cooling both upstairs and downstairs.

The main living area on the upper level follows an open-plan design, adorned with luxurious leather sofas, a sizable flat screen TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The room exudes a sense of space and warmth.

A generously proportioned central dining table is situated nearby, complemented by a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a fridge/freezer equipped with an ice maker, gas cooking facilities, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
It's stocked with ample cutlery, crockery for 14 guests, as well as a variety of platters and salad bowls, making it perfect for hosting gatherings.

The upper level also houses four bedrooms, with the master bedroom enjoying the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. Another family bathroom is also situated on this floor.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find a second living area that once again boasts a large wall-mounted TV and comfortable leather sofas. A second dining table accompanies a fully equipped secondary kitchen, also featuring gas cooking, a spacious fridge, a kettle, and a toaster.

The remaining two bedrooms are found on this lower level, with one of them featuring an ensuite bathroom. An additional family bathroom is also at your disposal on this floor. For added convenience, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is available.

The house is situated on an expansive plot, offering ample off-street parking options. Additionally, the double garage is at your disposal for parking.

We enjoyed our stay.
No battery in two of the smoke detectors and another detector went off at 3.30am & 6.30 am on the first day we were there, we removed the battery from the one that went off. Inside fridge was filthy. The lid on the upstairs rubbish bin was filthy. You couldn’t cook in the upstairs oven, it was filthy. Red chair upstairs has a loose back. Black chair downstairs has a broken leg. No handles on the toilet brushes. We couldn’t get the large screen working, assume it was a lack of batteries. The drip tray ignited as soon as we lit the BBQ. It was full of grease (sand required) There was a pile of broken glass in the patio area. Loose connection on the downstairs kettle. Very hard to turn on. Suggest the owners supply the following. Front door mat. Soap holders in the showers Washing detergent for the two kitchens.
