This stylish, 2 level, well thought out luxury townhouse is styled to perfection. There is a rear deck so you can chase the sun or find the perfect shady space. With 4 bedrooms this home is the ideal getaway from the daily grind while still within walking distance to Cowes Village.

The house has 4 bedrooms all with BIRs. The master has an LCD tv with built in dvd player and a stunning ensuite. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, a full family bathroom with spa bath and one bedroom has an ensuite. Each bedroom has split system heating and cooling to ensure comfort all day and night.

With an abundance of natural light, the main living/dining room, located downstairs, accommodates the modern kitchen with Smeg appliances and a coffee machine for that wonderful morning coffee. This area opens out to the courtyard where you can enjoy the cooling seaside breeze.

Located in a sort after pocket of Cowes and just a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants on offer. For your convenience and comfort, the house also boasts a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and powder room. Guests have access to the full house and garden. There's a double lockup garage for guest use which has direct access to the house.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. Great location
Property was in a great location, close to shops / restaurants and supermarkets. Little bit of road noise due to being on a main road and having a bus stop right outside the property. Well stocked kitchen, Nespresso coffee pods were great. Loved the cutlery draw organisation! Amazing. Great selection of dvds & a cupboard with games. Access to the garage is a little tight but plenty of parking available outside on road. All in all a lovely relaxing stay and would look to stay again in the warmer months to take advantage of the lovely outdoor space. Thanks for having us.

Outstanding experience
We had a great time at coastal luxe, it exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, very spacious with a fantastic games cupboard. The kitchen was very well appointed, with everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioners in all the upstairs rooms. We would definitely stay here again, thanks for a wonderful experience.
