Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg (in the area commonly referred to as the Spur) this beautiful 8 bedroom 8 bath 2 story cabin is just perfect for your next family get together or couples retreat! Boasting nearly 4,000 square feet, an Indoor Pool, a screened in porch, stone patio area with a charcoal grill and fire pit, your whole group is sure to agree that Flowing Waters Lodge is their new home away from home!

The entry level of the cabin offers 4 king size bedrooms, a spacious kitchen area, dining area, large living area, an Indoor Pool and screened in deck with seating! Step inside the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware necessary to make meal preparations a breeze! Two large tables and additional seating at the kitchen bar means plenty of space for everyone to gather together for meal times. The living area is just perfect to catch up on your favorite television show! Featuring a large flat screen HDTV installed over the electric fireplace and plenty of comfortable leather seating, you may find that you never want to leave!
After a long day hiking or enjoying all the other attractions the area offers retire to one of the four well-appointed bedrooms on this level! Each featuring cabin perfect king-sized log beds, attached bathrooms with jetted tub, HDTV, and a futon for additional sleeping! One bedrooms has access to the covered deck!
The deck is screened in with comfortable seating and overlooking the creek! Step out into the outdoor area featuring a fire pit, gas grill, picnic table and extra seating all while taking in the peaceful sounds of the burbling creek running just beside the patio!

Upstairs you will find a home theater, game room and four additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Hours of fun and entertainment await in the large game room! Featuring four arcade games (Big Buck Hunting, a Multicade system, and 2 racing games) a pool table and foosball table. Rainy days and quiet nights in will never be dull at Flowing Waters Lodge! Enjoy your favorite movies in the Home theater with comfortable reclining chairs, or step out to the balcony to relax!
Each bedroom on this level features attached baths with jetted tubs, HDTV, and a futon for additional sleeping. Two of the bedrooms offer queen sized bunk beds and the remaining two feature king size beds!

Good proximity to pigeon forge main drag / not for the view

First, it was a nice large cabin that was good for our 33 guests, but your group needs to be comfortable with sharing beds and futons. Wi-Fi was terrible to non existent Kitchen cooking supplies left a little to be desired with no large serving dishing / glass bowls etc. Hot tub area has no ventilation, floor gets very slippery with no anti slip mats or floor towels provided Grill is not large enough for big groups, fine for 8-10 people Called twice for trash pickup (again, large group) without success. Some of the arcade/pool tables are out of commission, so group was a little disappointed. Plumbing issues downstairs where toilet gurgles when others flush. Sometimes splashes toilet seat and floor. Showers “Squealing” when in use. Annoying.

If Only We Had Heat

I must start off and say Pigeon Forge got a little snow they were not expecting upon my arrival and it was very cold. Check in is at 4 and there site says it could be later if they are busy. I didn't get to check in until 5:30 and I had to call to get that. The roads were icy and we had family stuck a few miles away that we needed to help but I preferred to check in and get my grand babies safe before we did that. They stated when I called " surprise it just became ready" we were in the driveway just waiting for a code. "Just becoming ready" implies someone has been there at least in the last few hours cleaning the place or doing something at least. We get in the home and its 53 degrees. No instructions for the fireplace. We call and they literally said due to the snow we are only responding to emergencies...I will leave that there. I do want to mention that when I called they tried to run some scenarios over the phone they didn't have a clue what kind of system was even in the house. It was 2:00 pm the next day before anyone came and he changed the thermostat and told us he wasn't the one the fix the fireplace he didn't know how and he also mentioned the unit was too small for the downstairs anyway. Needless to say it didn't fix the heat and we heated the downstairs with the oven which kept it at 61 in the kitchen and living room but the bedrooms were freezing. I totally understand that things happen and cold temperatures can disrupt things but I didn't even get a "I am so sorry; we will do everything we can to get you heat"- The after hours lady was great. The staff at Timber Tops needs more training on customer service. When I called to check out the next morning I also let the know one of there dishwashers was not working and the heat never got fixed she said I will let them know. Just poor customer service. The home is dated and needs some upgrades and repairs but you make the best of it spending time with family.

Late church in.

We were late getting in, was told they are checking in 100 cabins at 4. That is impossible for anyone to do. The cabin floors were so dirty that bear feet were getting black, not brown but black. The lights over kitchen counter were dirty with dust and grease. No large pots to cook in for 38 people. Beds were made with all flat sheets No fitted. The home was great just not as clean as we would have liked, and the check in delay’s was not acceptable. I don’t enjoy paying for rental time spent in parking lot unable to get in.

A lot of damaged stuff

We were told it was a pool it was not it was a work out pool. So much mold it was crazy in the pool and hot tub room. The heater on the pool wouldn’t turn down so my grandkids could swim it would have burned their skin. The love seat had a broken leg. The bumper pool table was broken the bumpers had been set up as if they were right looks like someone removed all the screws from underneath to make it look like you could play on it. We went to play regular pool and picked up a stick and it had been broken and was just sitting there. The second dish washer didn’t work after we had already loaded it. The out side of the cabin was terrible so many cigarette butts everywhere. Trash left out by the fire pit. I usually don’t write reviews but for what I paid for it you’d think it would have been a little nicer.
