Group ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great b/c of number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but after a stay at the same property in 2018, the state of the house is a bit worn. Mold in bathrooms, railings coming off wall, broken blinds, sagging bed mattresses, hot tub would not heat above 95, etc... Would only rent for size of house and not amenities.

Good Space That Needs Maintenance

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some concerns while we stayed here. The door beside the kitchen to the pool area did not work or stay tightly shut. The downstairs shower did not work. We found a dead mouse under the sink in the downstairs kitchen that had been there for awhile, which we disposed of. There were rules posted in every single room and these rules were not given to us prior to our arrival. The inside hot tub was not allowed to be in use after 10 pm and it was a holiday! We never heard from the property manager except by a generic email to check on all of their properties. The movie room was pretty nice, however, the connections were outdated and would not allow any streaming for movies or football games. Several of the recliners did not work (footrest would not come out). Enjoyed the space, but the house definitely needs some maintenance and care.

pool man let himself into the property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was mostly good. We arrived to the property a little bit early, the house cleaners were still there so they just left and let us in which i thought was kind of weird. The next day we were all in the movie theatre room and when we came out there was a man in the pool house that said he was treating the pool because there was something wrong with it which no one said anything to us and we had been swimming in it. He also just let him self into the property, and we were never told that anyone would be stopping by. There was no communication happening and it didnt really make us feel safe that he just let himself inside

what didn't work

One blender was broken: the black bottom portion was cracked and unusable. when we tried to arm the alarm when leaving, the alarm wouldn't arm because it said a pool door was open. I reclosed them all, but it still said one was open, so there is a bad sensor or something. The pool was very cloudy, so none of us wanted to get in. It was a nice place to get together and talk though. The video room was great.

Wonderful family weekend.

Our family of 28,with ages ranging from 1 to 82 loved this place. The pool was an enormous hit. The theater was great for movies, games and meetings. The game room was in constant use. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The large tables in the dining area were perfect for eating and games. Great trails for walks and runs. We would definitely use this home again.
