SUNSHINE RETREAT PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Delightful and cosy, this family holiday home has all you need for your Queenstown adventure. With contemporary décor, an inviting lounge area and big comfy beds, you’ll feel right at home at this Sunshine Bay property.
Enter through the sliding doors into the warm and contemporary lounge and dining area. Sit back and unwind in front of the classic log burner and flat screen TV after your day of sightseeing or being up the slopes. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen and next to that is the main bathroom with separate bath and shower. On the ground level are two bedrooms – one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with a split king. Both are stylishly decorated.
At the top of the stairs, you will find a sunlit bedroom with split super king. The mezzanine area is the perfect chillout spot for the kids with bean bags, board games and a TV. There is also a second bedroom located on the second floor.

Master bedroom: 1 Split Super King (2 singles upon request)
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (does not split)
Bedroom 3: 1 Split King (2 singles upon request)
Mezzanine: 1 Sofa bed (setup and linen available upon request)

This family home is located in the quiet suburb of Sunshine Bay. It is a 10 drive from Queenstown central.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
