About this property

This gorgeous home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has all the class and luxury you are looking for. Warm water, airconditioning in all rooms, TV's, WiFi, alarm system, a safe, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a GRILL. We have a washer and dryer in the garage as well.
The home has a small 4th bedroom next to the living area with a desk so you have a nice work space, it also has a sleep sofa for a child or a 7th guest.
The kitchen of this home is really very well equipped so you can cook any meal at home.
The outdoor area is very pretty and tropical, we have lounge chairs for you and a dining table outdoors.
This beautiful and modern villa is located in a beautiful and safe gated community called the Gold Coast, one of Arubas most upscale areas.
In addition to having your private pool you will also have free access to the Clubhouse with restaurant and swimmingpool, the tennis courts and gym. In total the Gold Coast has 3 public swimming pools on the grounds and you are free to use any of them when you get tired of the swimming pool at the house or the kids want a change!

The Gold Coast is nestled in Malmok. A minute away from Malmok beach, Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach, and maybe a 3 minute drive to the hotel strip of Palm Beach where you can find all restaurnants, watersports, malls and casinos.
On the other side of the street you will find Tierra del Sol, famous for Golf, great lunches & dinners and an amazing Spa.

There is a cleaning fee of $265 USD for the cleaning after your stay. *This is not charged through VRBO.

Great home base on One Happy Island!

My partner and I loved our stay with Casa Mia! This house is exactly as advertised, actually it might be better because there was a walk in closet in the main bedroom that was a very pleasant surprise to find! It was just the two of us and we loved having all the space, you could definitely comfortably fit 3 couples or 6-7 with no issues. We loved having the kitchen - which was FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook with - we at breakfast almost every day at the house. We also loved the pool at the house - it was very quiet when we went as well so felt very private. We rented a car and were able to get pretty much anywhere within 10-20 mins, including Super Foods; but there are many other smaller markets 5 mins down the road. So close to the beaches and nightlife/restaurants. We did use taxis every night and love how easily it was to get one into the community (which is gated - nice for extra security, though Aruba is probably the safest place I have ever been so not necessary). All in all, we had the best time on our trip and loved having this as our home base - Daniel and Jose were such great hosts!

Wonderful New Years' Stay

We stayed as a family of 5 in Aruba, and the house was spacious for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. It is a beautiful home and tastefully decorated. The house was as advertised: very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and all the supplies you need are organized. We were able to quickly get to the beach and the lighthouse area in 5 minutes from this location. We enjoyed the lounge chairs near the pool. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and we appreciated the washer and dryer to keep beach towels clean each day. I would recommend staying here as a family, the neighborhood is quiet, but walkable and we felt the location is perfect as well. We could not think of anything that we needed. We also appreciated having Daniel meet us to go over the house as well as his recommendations for the island. The information provided by the house was very useful!

Fabulous property in Noord

We loved everything about this property. Close to the ocean for daily snorkel and sunset. The yard with pool and shade and lots of chairs and spaces for reading and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor dining by the pool was lovely.

Great place in a gated community

The house was great - had everything we needed (just 2 of us) - very clean. Location is ideal for being away from the crowds in the high rise area but still a quick drive to get to (about 5 mins - we had a rental car). The owners were very responsive previous to arrival, and also the local property management staff (specifically, Daniel)) while we were there.
