Graduation Stay

Property was clean and had plenty of space for family to move around and socialize. Although the backyard was small the driveways were more than big enough to enjoy the get together with plenty of space left over. Keith was attentive and checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Would highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

This home was built and lived in by the Holick family ( from 1968 to 2016 when we purchased it. We stepped in to save it from likely demolition for student housing (due to the huge .6-acre lot in the middle of town) and have completely remodeled and updated the interior space with the sole purpose of creating a weekend/gameday/graduation tailor made for creating memories with family and friends in Aggieland. Everything has been thoughtfully re-worked to create a comfortable, functional, and fun place to spend a weekend!

CONVENIENCE! Minutes to Northgate, Kyle Field, Reed Arena, downtown Bryan, HEB.... you name it! Just about anything you want to do in BCS is 5 minutes or less from this location.
