AVOID!!!! FILTHY and UNSAFE!

Please STOP and do not stay here!! Filthy, smelly, musty, old furniture and Tv dumped outside, grass not mowed (up to adult knees), mouldy cutting board, graffiti on wall, stained couch, rat poisoning throughout where kids can reach, owner LIED.
