Perfect Family Pad is a sunny holiday home with Wi-Fi, just minutes from the edge of beautiful Lake Taupo and boat ramp!

This four-bedroom holiday home with rumpus room is spread over two levels, with warm and welcoming open plan living upstairs that has ideal indoor/outdoor flow onto the deck, which is gated for toddlers.

Watch the sun rise across the lake, then kick back in the warmth, fire up the BBQ, and take in the peaceful surrounds while the kids enjoy running around the ample grounds, a rumpus room downstairs offers additional living space when required, with a table tennis table for impromptu family tournaments on indoor days.

The Perfect Family Pad has a relaxed group set up, with Bedroom 1 fitted with a queen bed, and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Downstairs in the rumpus room (Bedroom 3), there are 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed plus a queen bed.

The upstairs stand-alone studio (Bedroom 4) has a queen bed and includes its own bathroom. This is an excellent set up for extended family groups and couples, with ample room to relax and unwind!

When you are not admiring the peaceful bush outlook, head out to the lake in easy walking distance from your door. Enjoy strolls along the water's edge, head out on the water, or make your way into Taupo town centre an easy hours drive away.

Peaceful comfortable family accommodation

Superb communication prior to our stay. Manager was extremely accommodating with arrangements for our entry and leaving. Lovely sleep out on top deck for a bit of time out. Close enough to the town for amenities yet far enough for the quietness and peace. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location, great variety of walks available around this area eg.

Fabulous location, great variety of walks available around this area eg. to Pukawa, highlight being the giant kahikateas. Central to Tokaanu hot pools, Turangi & Whakapapa ski field. Plenty of room downstairs for the children on wet days, with a table tennis table. Lovely deck, room layout ideal, with the bonus of extra bedroom suite outside. Would have liked a drier for the wet days and ski gear .. instead of having to go into Turangi.

This property is great value, with a good location and everything worked very well.

This property is great value, with a good location and everything worked very well. The heat pumps for cooling were fantastic in the summer heat, we hope to be back again soon.
