Extremely bad management
Received a email stating I could check in at 3pm on Friday, arrived to the room and found that it was not yet cleaned, bins full used linen everywhere bathroom a joke. I then proceeded to contact good stay after trying countless times calling them they called back and after waiting a further 45min in the baking sun I got given another room, later that night once in bed we noticed a blue comforter which had a blood stain on it I proceeded to email the general manager which he ensured all his linen was sanitised. He then offered a late check out on the 19th we packed the car around 10 went to go get breakfast and a coffee , arrived back at the apartment around 11:20 note my late check out was at 12 but found that the codes had been changed already, this has honestly been the worst service I have ever received and a absolute waste of money! I have traveled for work that whole week stopping in every town around the South Island and booked into motels and they were 10x better cleaner and cheaper then what I received.
