the house is located in the middle of the green, on a quiet and relaxing hill, 20 minutes far from Bologna city center. You will love the stunning view on the surrounding area. the house is fully furnished and, with its 4 bedrooms can host up to 9 people (1 double room with en suite bathroom, 1 single room, 1 double room with single beds (sharing the same bath) and the attic room with a double bed and 2 single beds, with private bathroom). Large living room and toilet on the ground floor and american kitchen and bathroom-laundry area in the basement.The total size is 240 sq meter. Large garden with sunbeds, table, seats and umbrella. Private parking, linen and towels as well as bath and shampoo products set are provided. The owner's family live on the side house therefore may immediately provide support in case of need, without interfeting in the confort and intimacy of the guests.

Great Location

House was perfect for group of six friends....fabulous views out over Bologna. Easy drive into city with central area parking. House is comfortable....kitchen a bit small and downstairs kitchen pictured online not usable. Very nice local restaurant La Vetta highly recommended.

Beautiful

Absolutely loved this home, the area and the views. The homeowner was welcoming, available on premises. The home is spacious and well appointed. Great dining options near by. Perfect location to see Bologna and Modena. Hope to be back for a longer stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The house is beautifully located and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Filippo was always easy to reach for any questions and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Would recommend to everyone!

filippo and Daniela married in 2006. We have two wonderful kids, Leonardo (8) and Alessandro (6) and a puppy named Holly (Jack russel). We love nature, sports, having fun with family and friends.
