Hermosa Luxury Apartment is located in Split and is only 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Diocletian’s Palace that is an UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as Split downtown and old town.

This very cozy, bright and spacious apartment (1292 square feet) has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, is facing the Adriatic and has an amazing picturesque view of the sea with the mountains standing high in the back.

The airy and sunlight filed living room has floor to ceiling windows and two big sliding doors that lead to the balcony. In case you want to spend your day on the beach, we are only a short 3-minute walk away.

The kitchen is spacious and modern. It is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, conventional oven, microwave, stainless steel sink, electric kettle and refrigerator with an ice and water dispensers, as well as all the necessary kitchenware.

Wonderful experience!

Property was spotless and extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor space/patio and location. Very comfortable beds, and appreciated all the recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Not cheap but excellent value for money.

You get what you pay for and this apartment more than lived up to expectations. Rebecca arranged a (well priced) taxi to/from the airport and met up at the apartment where she provided great tips for restaurants/things to do (we recommend the all-day islands boat trip including lunch). The apartment itself was ideally situated for the quieter beaches and restaurants and beautifully fitted out with everything we could possibly need for a great holiday. Many thanks to Rebecca and Maja for providing such great accommodation.

The perfect getaway!!

This was such an amazing experience. The property’s gorgeous (exactly like the pictures), the view is outstanding, right by a couple great beaches, and the hosts were so fantastic. Checking is was seamless and Rebecca had some really great recommendations which we tried out and all were fantastic. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. I really can’t say enough about how great this place is. When I do come back to Split I’ll absolutely stay here. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay near the city but not in it, you have to stay here. One of the best decisions we made on our trip!

The Hermosa Luxury Apartment holds a very special place in the hearts of me and my family, which makes us even more excited to share it with you and help you explore Split and Croatia.

Here is a little bit more about my family, I have been in fashion for 10 years now, am happily married and have two beautiful kids. We are a very sport family, my husband is a professional basketball coach, while my son plays basketball in Spain and my daughter played volleyball in the USA and just graduated college.

I love to spend time with my family and friedns, cook, have coffee, spend my summer days at the beach and last but not least chocolate, it will forever be my favorite dessert.

I would love to help you and make your stay more comfortable, maybe because of the private or buissnes liability I will not be able every time to do the check in for you, but our family friend Marin, who is a student of the buissnes economy university here in Split, will do his best to give you the best tips which are needed to have an a amazing experience of Split!
