Mountain Guincho by Lisbon-Coast vacation

Mountain Guincho Villa, a family home, located near the natural park of Sintra and only 1.5km away you find a small village (Malveira da Serra) with Supermarket and Restaurants and 5km away the beach, Praia do Guincho.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed over 2 levels.
On the ground level you find 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds). On each side of the corridor you have one bathroom (1 with bathtub, the other with shower). From this corridor you also access the laundry room with washing machine, and dryer. After the corridor you find a guest WC.
The bright living room with its 2 sofas and the chaise longue invites to relax or to watch a film on TV. Beside the living room you find the dining area with a direct access to the bright kitchen. In the fully equipped kitchen you find 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens (one steam oven), microwave, stove and American-style fridge.
From the living room and the kitchen, you can access the garden and the pool area.
In the middle of the living room you take the spiral staircase down to the lower level with its huge children playroom. From the playroom you access the Home Cinema, and the 2 other bedrooms – one ensuite – and one with an extra bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds.
The Villa is equipped with wireless internet.
In the bedrooms you can access internet by cable for more reliable connections.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden with approx. 5000 m2. In the garden you find a pool, a lovely round terrace to enjoy the view and a tennis court that also allows to play football and basketball.
