This 1,600 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps six comfortably and offers beautiful mountain views from the balcony as well as almost every room. It provides the perfect combination of peace and quiet away from the hubbub of the village but is less than a 5 minute drive or a short shuttle ride away from the River Run base area and Gondola. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The heated pool, two hot tubs and clubhouse are located steps from the front door.

Stay warm and dry as you enter through the attached heated garage. The entryway has hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. Upstairs is the main living area that features a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The balcony can be accessed through the dining area and offers mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with room for two at the breakfast bar.

The first of three full bathrooms is located just off of the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer on this second level, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience.

Also on the second level are two bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a convertible sofa and the guest bathroom is just across the hall.

Upstairs is the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed and gorgeous mountain views. The bath features a twin vanity as well as an over-sized whirlpool tub and a glass enclosed shower.

Steps from the front door you will find Minnie's Cabin and the pool area. These amenities are open to all guests. The cabin features a pool table, a large screen TV, and plenty of room for relaxing with family and guests. On the patio outside the cabin is a commercial quality gas grill. Warm up by the fireplace inside the cabin or out by the pool. The pool and pool deck are heated and accessible year round and the two hot tubs are perfect after a day on the slopes. Towels and changing areas are provided.

The seasonal free shuttle stops a few steps from the front door.
