Very nice condo in Zona Romantica

This is a beautiful condo that is close to the beach and everything in Zona Romantica. The building has 24 hour security, and the pool area is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

River de Molina checked all our boxes. It is located close to the Malacon and plenty of restaurants and entertainment The daily venture to the pool was our highlight. Hector is a perfect host and will definitely consider staying here again

Great location in Zona Romantica

Very spacious and clean condo right next to the bridge into Zona Romantica. The condo association is mostly older residents in the building. The unit have all the nice modern amenities. The pool looked nice but ended up always going to the beach.

Rivera Molino

This condo was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants and shops. The condo is exactly as advertised. As a previous reviewer noted there is a lot of road noise. When sitting on the balcony there is a constant stream of traffic going by until about 11 at night. The living room has double glazed windows which makes for a quiet living room but the bedroom window which opens onto an interior hall with a window to the street does not have double glazing. It was fine for me as I sleep with earplugs but might give pause to someone else. The pool and garden area was quiet and lovely and Hector who was our contact for the property was fantastic and even had the name of a great person to rent a car from.
