The Master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe, a spa bath and separate shower, additionally there is a desk and cross-trainer in this room, allowing you the privacy to work or get a workout in with a world-class view! This spacious room certainly has the “wow factor” with floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. The second bedroom’s ensuite features a bath and shower and the third ensuite bathroom has a shower only.

There is an impressive 82" Smart TV with Netflix, SKY channels including Sports, Soho and MySKY recording capabilities. This space is a wonderful place to put your feet up and settle in for the night after a busy day of exploring all that Queenstown has to offer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The modern fully fitted kitchen with curved island bench top and breakfast bar seating for four; is well equipped with all the necessary amenities including coffee machine and bar fridge. Sharing the exceptional views, the open plan kitchen and dining set up is perfect for preparing meals in an inviting and functional space. There is also a large, hooded BBQ if cooking outdoors is more your style.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS: The spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor seating including recliners, a great spot for enjoying a glass of local wine and soaking in the sunset. The Queenstown Hill walking track is right on the doorstep, a must do for any visit to Queenstown whatever the season. Local ski fields are easily accessible, Coronet being the closest, just a 25-minute drive away.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Please note that the driveway is steep (a 4WD is recommended in the winter), but with this you are rewarded with spectacular elevated views! There is also a lockable storage space for sports equipment and full laundry facilities.
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of six guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$325 applies. Bookings of 7 nights or more receive a mid-stay clean including linen change. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-6 nights during peak periods.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
- A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Queenstown Hill Panorama is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
