*The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort. Please note that requests are not guaranteed.
*1-bedroom suites do not feature balconies; they only offer a view of the hallway.
*Standard 2-bedroom lock-off units might offer an ocean view, while the deluxe 2-bedroom lock-offs provide views of the street and intercoastal area. Please note that views are not guaranteed.
*The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures.
*Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per unit in our garages. Additional vehicles have the option to park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage, which is connected to the resort via an overhead covered walkway, subject to a fee.
*For all reservations at the resort, there is a mandatory resort fee of $80.00 per reservation. This fee, determined by property owners associations at the resort, will be collected during the check-in process.



THINGS TO NOTE:



Daytona Beach will be hosting the Coke Zero 400 Race on the Weekend of August 23, 2024. Expect high traffic near the resort during this time.
