This is a lovely home with a golf cart, ready for you to move in! Queen bed in master and one guest room. The other guest room has a twin bed. Nice kitchen open to the living and dining area. Plenty of room for entertaining. Flat screen TV in the living and master. Screened lanai on the back.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Vacation 2023

Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the garage door broke twice while we were there. Was fixed once but broke again. It was supposed to be repaired again the day we left. Overall the house and location were good.

Over all this was a very nice property. The place was well spoiled. The process to rent went smooth

The only thing I would recommend is cleaning or replacing the master bedroom carpet. It had a few bad stains on entering the room.

Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and was exactly what our family needed. The location was perfect. We picked the house for the location and the fact that it included a 4 seater golf cart. The owner should consider upgrading the golf cart, it is very very slow.
