Not very happy

The place was not as described and the beds were not cleaned properly , there was hair all over the place . Bathroom shower was not draining properly . Very bad communication from start to finish .

Anniversary Getaway

Location, location, location. We love to stay at this property primarily because of being located on the lakeside. It is a very short walk to the lake. The unit itself is very comfortable and decorated nicely. Great mountain vibe! The facility has been going through renovation for what seems quite awhile, which it needs. We look forward to returning when the renovation is complete. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

False Advertising

Place was not the same as the pictures. Completely different. False advertising. 1. Floors were advertised as hard flooring but it was carpet. 2. Kitchen was advertised as large and with a counter and island. This was not provided. Kitchen was super small and not at all like the pictures. 3. Advertised with two beds upstairs. Only 1 was provided. 4.Adverised that there was a TV upstairs. None was provided. 5. Advertised as 2 showers. There was only 1. The second bathroom only had a toilet. 6. There was a very ugly cover on one of the chairs. 7. There was no mention of any construction in the ad. In reality, the was a lot of construction on going. 8. The balcony was under construction. 9. All of the exterior was under construction. Construction noise in the morning. 10. Advertised as a large bathroom. What was provided was a very small bathroom, and the door encroached into the space. 11. Stone fireplace was not there. 12. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbors talking every morning that woke us up. 13. Felt more like a hotel than a condo.
