If your plan is to stay mainly in the local vicinity, you are only a 1-2 min drive or 10 min walk from dozens of amazing restaurants, shops and breweries. Most are located within half a mile of your unit.

Getting around
You can rent Lime bikes in the park to get around the neighborhood. Download the "lime bike" app and it can locate the nearest bike to you.
If not, uber or lyft always comes quick.
If you have your own car, there is plenty of free parking or on the street.

Downtown is a 5-7 minute Über or Lyft.
Park Ave. in Winter Park is 10 mins.

MCO is 16 minutes (light traffic) or 20 minutes+ during rush hour.

awesome place

Loved the property, location & service. Logan was very responsive, very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. The condo was clean and spacious and the property has great amenities (ie, fitness center right next door with ton if equip) My son goes to Full Sail and this was not only close to him but also to plenty of restaurants and shops!

It was not as advertised.

It was a terrible experience from the host who took 5 days to replace mildewed shower curtains to the old and rundown furniture, to the dingy linen, too few towels and hangers and broken dryer. We deserve an adjustment.

Great place! Very clean and well maintained. The only thing was a little strange was the bedroom arrangements. The king bed was in the room with the community bathroom with one sink and no TV. The queen bed was attached to the private bathroom which had 2 sinks and had a TV. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Enjoyed our stay.

Communication with Frank was super easy. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Would suggest updates to pots and pans and dishes, needs a can opener and ice cream scooper. We only ate breakfast and lunch there. Beds were great. Couches were very low. Neighborhood was relatively new, easy parking. Restaurants nearby had variety and good service with reasonable prices. We brought our dog and the area was dog friendly.
