Alethea Summer Villa is a lavish maisonette, located in a small private complex.
Best restaurants and beach bars are just 2 minutes away.

Our villa consists of 3 levels:
* 1st level: living room with retractable sofa, toilet, kitchen, dining area and an olive garden
* 2nd level: two bedrooms, balcony and a bathroom
* 3rd level: one bedroom and a balcony
Alethea Summer Villa is methodically decorated by professionals, keeping your comfort in mind.

Each room is equipped with Air Condition unit.
With Google Home Mesh WiFi system you will have great internet coverage across the villa.

There is one private parking lot available, with walking distance to a huge public car park.

Off-season vacations in Pefkochori

We spent some very relaxing holidays in the off-season in Pefkochori. The place is nice and tidy and was also suitable for our little kids, even when we where forced to stay indoors due to rainy weather. The host is also really nice and helping out immediately. We had an issue with a window not properly closing anymore, which was repaired the next morning.
