The condo is equipped with dedicated fiber optic high speed Wi-Fi internet as well as cable television in both bedrooms and living area. A 55" 4K television in the living area with Apple TV and 42" televisions in both bedrooms.

With the exception of a few minor pieces, new furniture was purchased throughout in 2019 - including the entire outdoor lanai. New bed frames, end tables, and mattresses for both bedrooms; a king in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom. Additionally, new Pergo laminate flooring was installed that replaced the carpeting in both bedrooms as well as a new sleeper sofa, accent chairs, dining room table and chairs.

Brand new linens and kitchenware were purchased in 2019 as well.

The location of this condo is close to the pool area for easy access.

The Promenade restaurants and retail shops were built for the residents of Bonita Bay as an additional convenience and amenity. Additionally, directly across the street from Bonita Bay is a Publix grocery store as well as a Fresh Market grocery store, Amoco gas station, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas, and Dairy Queen.
