Perfect for families, groups, corporate people and traveling professionals. The property includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings.
Full washer and Dryer in basement.

This beautiful unit is located on the 1st floor of a duplex.

University district is super secure and that makes our guest stay peacefully.
Located 12 minutes from all of the excitement in downtown Detroit: Ford Field, LCA, Woodward Ave, FOX Theater, COBO Center, Cork Town and so much more is all just a quick jump on and off the freeway. 10 minutes to Royal Oak & Ferndale, where plenty of restaurants and bars are located.
8 miles from Little Caesars Arena about 12 mins.

Convenient to Detroit and points north
We stayed here while visiting family in Detroit & Bloomfield Hills. Worked great for us. Check-in was contact free and easy. Communication with owner was prompt. Our only issue was trouble with AC on the first night, making sleep difficult with high temps outside. We let the owner know in the morning (we checked in pretty late) and the issue was fixed that day.

Clean-good house for a family stay
Upper level is NOT the same as lower. After staying in upper level (and being extremely hot) and comparing the pictures of the lower level that we booked we were a bit disappointed. Overall, the house was clean, we loved the location and we were very comfortable. We loved loved loved Shelly. She made check in so easy and cared very much about our comfort.

Comfortable and cozy
The apartment was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the images. Quiet, safe street and well-organized hosts. I get the sense that this team has big ambitions - the attention to detail and follow-through were impressive and well beyond what I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very cute and comfortable house
My wife and I enjoyed this rental very much. The house was just as it was described in the listing and it was very comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed and the working with the host was a pleasure.
