Great South end location! Brand new listing! Be one of the first guests to come and enjoy Saint Simon’s in this newly renovated 2bedroom 2bath condominium. Convenient on/off access making trips off the island easy. Walking distance to several of the island's best restaurants and shopping areas. Only 2 miles to the beach! Island Retreat is extremely well maintained and gated so no through traffic. The pool and gym were recently renovated beautifully. Grills onsite for convenience and tennis court also on property. This is a non smoking home. No pets please.

St. Simons Gem

Erin was a fabulous host. We easily received our codes for the gate and condo. Location was central in St. Simons, therefore close to everything. Even though it's an older condo complex, we had no issues with the site. There's plenty to do and folks are very friendly. Would definitely return.

We LOVE this condo and its location! Come be the first to stay in our newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath retreat. Entire interior just painted and brand new floors in the bedrooms.
Updated furniture including a new sofa that can be extended into a sleeper for 2 additional guests. The pool and fitness ctr are wonderful to take advantage of and when you want to venture out the beach is a short golf cart or bike ride away! The Bike dudes bike rental is just across the street from our complex! SO many places within walking distance and if you need to hop over to Brunswick you are about 2 minutes from the causeway!
