Absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would gladly do it
The overall experience here was horrendous. I could go on all day about it but the short is: the pictures are incredibly misleading. The property is smaller, dirtier, and frankly just disgusting when compared to the pictures. There are no exterior pictures for a good reason - there is a dirty mattress just laying on the sidewalk right across the street and the location is just generally horrible and not safe at all. There is no deadbolt on the door and anyone can just come and open it with the code. The bed is disgusting the sheets are horrendous and the mattress is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. We couldn’t even stay there the night we checked in we had to go to a hotel. There’s no wifi and the roku tv doesn’t work. There’s rust on the fixtures and dirt and scuff marks on the floors and walls. The baseboards and generally the entire place looks like it’s never been cleaned and the pictures were taken of a different unit. The listing is entirely misleading and the true property and experience was absolutely abysmal. I contacted Vrbo and the property owner the first day we got there and the owner didn’t respond until the end of the trip days later and didn’t offer anything but a weak apology and no responsibility for the disgusting state of the rental. I honestly feel bad for anyone who’s gotten tricked into staying here. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
