The house needed updated carpet but it was fine. We needed 2 BR n Kurt Jen plus washer and dryer. We loved the back yard to sit out but yard wasn’t mowed so mosquitos were bad. Overall the place was fine in good neighborhood and convenient.

My Little Beach House THANK YOU!!

Steve, as soon as we opened the door we felt your home hug us and offer us a seat and tea. This was the first property I rented that did not have astronomical fees. Instructions were to the t and just to show southern love the cabinets had spices!

Very nice and cozy place for a weekend getaway my family loved it and the neighbors were so nice and welcoming. There is a train track very close by so you do hear the train come through but it didn’t bother us during our stay.

Quiet stay

Perfect property for our needs. My husband and I enjoyed a stay for Cruisin the coast. Location was ideal for all the local fun, but in the event very quiet. My husband enjoyed the train being close, as he grew up with a train near his childhood home.

Nice stay for the weekend

We were in town for the weekend to see the drag races during crossing the coast. The house was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. We did walk to the beach, which only took about 10 minutes. Beach was ok. Found a nice brewery nearby and enjoyed driving the coast seeing all the cars.

Great stay

Small but perfect for our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Close to the areas we were going to and very convenient. It was just my brother and I - he was recovering from surgery and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Highly highly recommend this property.
