It offers warmth & security in a home away from home with double internal access garage & alarm.
This apartment is walking distance to the central city. It is one in a block of 4 which are all furnished and available short term . So if you have a conference coming up or corporate event and you want everyone in the same vicinity it is worth making an enquiry about the other 2-3 identical units.

Walk to the central city in 10 to 15 minutes. Head straight down Armagh St to the amazing Hagley Park. Take a stroll through the quiet and tranquil Red zone 5 minutes away or take an alternate route to the city along the new riverside boulevard.
The Margaret Mahy playground is an adventure for young and older children to enjoy a 5 minutes walk away

Excellent space, location.

This property was just perfect for our three week work trip. The kitchen was fully kitted out and had everything we need. Comfortable beds and very clean.

A comfortable townhouse in the heart of Christchurch

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s townhouse over the New Year’s weekend. Wendy was very helpful with check in details and information about local attractions and the house is comfortable and well set up. We had everything we needed, the furniture and bedding was all comfy and we were able to get lots of breeze through the house on the warm days and nights. An easy walk into the centre of town and the New Year celebrations at the botanic gardens. If Wendy will have us we would happily stay here again next time we are in Christchurch.

Amazing

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Wendy the host went above and beyond for us. Just lovely. Such a bright, welcoming apartment. We are now back for the 2nd time. Absolutely recommend to all. So close to the city and very quiet. Brilliant.
