Villa Theodora is located on the outskirts of San Stefanos and is part of a very small neighborhood on the road to Avliotes, surrounded by olive groves, with ample parking.
A large wooden fence encloses the property, maintaining the private and tranquil feel desired, whilst remaining accessible. It can host from 6 to 7 people and is well-equipped for the needs of a modern family.

The villa is positioned on a hill and elevated; it allows you to see the sea and Avliotes village through the olive trees. At the pool, you can relax with your family and enjoy the outdoor barbeque facilities. The pool is 1,5m deep throughout and features a hydro massage mechanism.
