Newly renovated home in a great neighborhood. Equipped with all the essentials to feel at home. Home to Stetson University, Deland, Florida is located in western Volusia County and is about 40 miles from Orlando and its theme parks and about 25 miles from Daytona Beach. Our home is in the north side of town – five minutes to downtown Deland and few miles to an I4 ramp.

Named the Best Main Street of 2017 beautiful downtown Deland is filled with unique shops, antique stores and museums. Eat at the local restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating.

Deland and the surrounding cities offer so much to do that you won’t run out of things to do and places to enjoy.

Very Nice Home
