Popular Serrano plan near Montecito clubhouse. 2112 sq. feet; renters must be 55+. Rental is only for more than 90 days. Three bedroom, three bath and den, with the third bedroom and bath consisting of a separate casita. Extended covered patio with table seating for six. Gas barbecue.

Open plan with stainless/granite and double oven. Dining area and separate nook. TVs in great room, guest bedroom and casita. Washer and dryer.

Tastefully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen; bedding/linens provided.

Two clubhouses available, each featuring an outdoor pool and spa, complete workout facilities and areas for relaxation. The Montecito clubhouse includes an indoor pool.
An 18-hole golf course and an 18-hole executive golf course are part of the complex. Tennis courts are located next to each clubhouse, as well as pickleball courts by the Santa Rosa clubhouse.

Rest in the midst of Covid

Lovely home. We met the owners when we moved it and they were very welcoming. We love it here even though the virus restricted our activities.

Great Place

Nice quiet place to spend 3 1/2 months. Place was fully stocked, but allowed space for our things. The closets were almost empty. Nice location and was fun to be able to use the facilities. I must mention how great our hosts were!! Greatly recommended.....
