We stayed at the Warbler house the days between Christmas and New Years for a really lovely winter vacation. The home is exactly as described and it's quiet with beautiful views. The design was so well thought out and impressive. It is about 30 minutes from Sleeping Bear (where we went sledding), 30 minutes from Traverse City, and only 10 from Fish Town. Marissa's recommendations were all spot on. Hoping to come back for a summer stay.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in August while visiting my family in the area. We love the farmland and proximity to all of our favorite areas of the county. Marissa was a wonderful host. We are booking for next year!
A group of girls came for my birthday/bachelorette party. The house was gorgeous and was perfect for a big group of gals. The only thing that was not ideal was that it was about 30 mins from TC however it wasn’t a big deal for the wine tours. So whatever is more important to you, just a heads up. Overall a great place and perfect for our weekend girls trip.
Made a sad visit much better ( home to LL from Tampa for a funeral) Loved the house!!! Perfect for us & adult children although very kid friendly- clean & comfortable- glad we found it! Wish we could have stayed longer
We loved it here ! The inside was just amazing and spotless. There is a great library / media room for children upstairs. We had a lot of good, relaxing vibes here. If you are staying in the Suttons Bay / Leland area , I highly recommend the Warbler Stone farm house .
Hands down, Warbler House, is by far one of the best properties we have ever rented. It is beautifully decorated, immaculate and well appointed. The room with the soaker tub was breathtakingly beautiful and an absolute favorite. The location is quiet and secluded even though it is closer to the road and is centrally located to all the places we like to visit and explore. Marissa is a stellar host; very pleasant and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
My fiancé and I were lucky enough to stay in this gorgeous house during our trip up north to check out the fall colors! The view was lovely, the soaker tub was amazing, and the location was perfect: close to Traverse City, Lake Leelanau, and Suttons Bay. Marissa was easy to reach and very helpful. We’d love to stay here again, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful unique place to stay up north!
