Beautiful house in a gated community, 600 m from the beach. 3 suites with fans (inc. toilets) and air conditioning (hot / cold), one with a king-size bed, the second with a normal double bed and the third with two bunk beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed. Large room with two main rooms with a. c., smart TV 55 "and sound bar. Planned kitchen (a.c.) equipped with refrigerator, brewer, wine cellar, stove, microwave, electric oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine Dolce Gusto. Gourmet space with toilet, grill, smart TV, fan and heated pool. The area has ombrelone, chairs and tent for pool and beach. 24 hour concierge and beach service on weekends, holidays and season.
