This 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom apartment offers sleeping for 8 people with two queen bedrooms both with en-suites, great storge and views. The other double bunk room is so spacious – perfect for the kids to play.
The kitchen is well appointed including a coffee machine and is well stocked with all you need to cook up a storm. Floor to ceiling windows provide the open plan living area with expansive views, plus there is well designed ski storage and drying area at the front with Hydronic heating throughout.
A small decking with a BBQ, comfortable lounging, space and location location.
Mawson 5 is not too far from the Mt Buller Village and Ski School.

Why they chose this property
So you want to be close to the Ski school but also get a sense of the wilderness beyond... Mawson offers this... the views are wonderful and the location is ideal with the ski school at the end of Breathtaker Road and if you use the track from the village out to The Avenue you can almost ski to the door. For meals you have Pension Grimus and Breathtaker just a short walk away or cut through to the Village for a wider selection or feeling lazy catch the FREE shuttle.
