Aloha & welcome to Hale Kai Lani, #1511, our slice of paradise! Located on the North Shore, Princeville is the perfect spot for your Kauai vacation.
This ground level end unit is homey, comfortable and serene. Our condo has a unique locations off the main road & features a lovely large picture window in the living room facing a greenbelt with beautiful views of the sunset. The master bedroom & main living/dining area are air conditioned.
The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit: The master bedroom features a king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a deep soaker tub/shower combo & a slider that opens onto the lanai. The second bedroom *is not air conditioned* but, has a window fan & pedestal fan that keep the room cool & comfortable year round. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with its own spacious bathroom right across the hall.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to do your own cooking and BBQing. Enjoy your meals or, just relax with your morning coffee or, evening cocktail on our spacious lanai.
Ready to head to the beach? We supply beach chairs, Boogie Boards, fins and beach towels. Just pack your sunscreen and you're good to go! Due to new health regulations we can no longer provide snorkel gear but, these items are readily available for rent or, purchase on island; brochures from Peddle and Paddle are provided in the condo.
Located in the center of this beautiful resort community, the condo is conveniently close to shopping and dining at The Princeville Center and golfing at Makai Golf course, named one of the "Top 5 Great Golf Settings".
Nearby are many gorgeous beaches such as, Hanalei Bay Beach, Anini & Sealodge beach. Explore the beautiful town of Hanalei where you will find a variety of restaurants, a fresh fish market, art galleries & charming shops. Also nearby, the spectacular views at Kilauea Lighthouse & Wildlife Preserve.
We love staying in Princeville and are so happy to share our Kauai home with you! Come enjoy everything the Garden Isle has to offer and make memories that will last lifetime.

Glorious

We have been to Kauai over a dozen times and have stayed in a myriad of places. This one was definitely one of our favorites. The location is awesome. The couches were comfortable, which is not always the case. Everything was just like it you see it online. Laura was great to work with and the bonus of having boogie boards, umbrella, and more was great.

Perfect place in Kauai

We loved our stay here. The location is great and the property itself has everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, great kitchen implements, sharp knives, great birds on the lanai. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Laura!!

It was perfect

Everything was just right. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring Kauai and it's near the beautiful North Shore which is our favorite. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and Laura's communications and the material in the house, made everything go smooth.

Love this place!

This property was amazingly beautiful and clean. It had wonderful amenities to make the stay convenient and fun. The place had a great setup for small groups of friends/couples. Access to check in and out was easy and clear. I would highly suggest this location if staying in Princeville! Just a short walk away from some beautiful beaches, it truly was staying in paradise!
