Things to take note:
-Clubhouse Operating Hours: 8AM to 10PM
-Swimming attire is a MUST.
- The SKY LOUNGE VIEWING AREA at Tower 3 is now open for FREE viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register at the Reception Area on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. There are limited seats and 2 hours limit of use for each guest is allotted to give way to the next user.
-As per SMDC Administration, guests can access the amenities with additional fee on a daily basis
-Swimming Pool (P150/head for Regular days & P300/head for Holidays)
-Basketball Court (P50/head)
- Badminton Court (P50/head)
-After 6pm, basketball, badminton, and tennis courts will be charged P200/hour for electricity fee charges.
-Guests may pay the fees at the Property Management Office at TOWER 5 to avail access of the paid amenities. (Open until 6pm)


PARKING
- PAY PARKING FRONTING THE CLUBHOUSE (approximately 5-10 minutes walk away from Tower A)

*P150 / 24 hours with re-entry
*P30 for 1st 4 hours + P10/hour per succeeding hour (or a fraction of an hour)

*P20 flat rate / per entry
