High-quality equipped vacation home with 520m2 living space for up to 12 people.

Tastefully restored former farmhouse with 180 m2 of loft-like living space. 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds each. High-quality equipped large open kitchen, 3 shower rooms with toilet and 1 guest toilet. The living room with 180 m2 offers plenty of space even if the weather does not invite you to go to the beach. The stove and a piano also invite you to relax.
Large outdoor terrace with seating in summer and a 10 ft tournament pool table inside. The former farmhouse stands on an ingrown plot.

Please understand for the following information:
The house has been extensively renovated and furnished with quality. It is therefore not suitable for groups who want to 'party off' (from 10 p.m. please keep absolute quiet outside, please note the room volume inside). The installation of a tap is not permitted. The pool table is only suitable for adults! )

Additional costs (water and electricity): 3 euros / person / night, children up to 3 years free of charge
Heating according to consumption (in summer it can be switched on as desired)

Cleaning fee: 200 euros (please sweep the house clean, kitchen shelves wiped, leave oven and dishwasher clean)

wonderful house, with glitches

It's a wonderful house at a superb location, half an hour from the beach, 1 hour from Hamburg, 20 minutes from Lubeck. It is very well equipped, and has a lot of space so everyone (we were a group of 10 women) could do as they liked. Beautiful garden also! The beds were good. So far only positives. But...the fact that we had to bring our own towels and bedlinens is VERY inconvenient, and we don't understand why the owner does not give the option of providing it, maybe at some extra cost. Also we found it really strange that the extractor hood did not work, because it simply was not connected! So when you went upstairs to bed at the end of the evening, the whole upstairs smelled of food. This fact was not communicated by the owner, we only found out after a couple of days when we asked her how it worked. After checking out, we had a few unpleasant communications from the owner, but we won't go into detail. All in all, despite it being such a wonderful house, we would not go back there. Wundervolles Haus zum Ausbreiten

Der erste Eindruck: Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt eine große Menge an Schlafzimmern und Betten und dazu eine passende Menge Badezimmer. Für unsere Altherrenrunde war es perfekt. Und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Auszeit

Wir waren 9 Personen mit sehr individuellen Vorstellungen und auch Rückzugswünschen. Das Haus mit seinen vielen Zimmern, dem großzügigen Wohnbereich und die Umgebung waren ein optimaler Ort für uns, um den Alltag hinter uns zu lassen und wirklich zu entspannen. Bei schönem Wetter waren Liegen bereit, die wir in den Garten gestellt haben, bei kühlem Wetter war es im Haus sehr behaglich und durchdacht, was die Ausstattung und Beleuchtung angeht. Alles in allem eine wunderbar geglückte Woche!

Ideal für große Gruppe, zum Wohlfühlen in ruhiger Umgebung

Idealer Treffpunkt für Gruppen von 15-20 Personen. Alles da, was man dafür braucht. Genügend Platz um sich auch über mehrere Tage nicht beengt zu fühlen. Durchdachtes Hauskonzept mit schöner Einrichtung. Aufenthalt drinnen und draußen entspannt. Versorgung mit Lebensmittelmärkten ist weiter weg. Alle Teilnehmer aus unserer Gruppe (Familienfeier) waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfect house, also for work related offsite

We spent 3 days with colleagues in the beautiful house for meetings. Great location, as well to work from as to have social activities. No internet, what was unfortunate in the beginning but after all it was quite good as we could really focus on the days away.

Ein sehr toller Aufenthalt!!

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe in diesem Ferienhaus, alle waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus, wirklich weiterzuempfehlen! Super sauber, liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Weg bis nach Lübeck war auch nicht weit und dadurch auch einen Besuch wert.

Holstinische Idylle und Bequemlichkeit

Für eine grosse famlie mit beide Kleinkinder, Singlen und Ehepaar ein Schnäppchen. Wohlbeliegend für Tagesfahrte nach den Hansastädten grossen Hamburg und charmanten Lübeck oder vielleicht frischem Ostseestrand am Travemünde. Eine kofortable Rarität! NJK
