Easy to navigate around surfers paradise and tram stop right outside the hotel

Overall nice. Good view and close to everything. Apartment needed some maintenance. Aircon wouldn’t get down to temp. Fridge wasn’t very cold at all. Bathroom fan didn’t work with the bathroom that had no window.
