Classy, comfortable and secure. Casa de Vida Nueva offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. Ideally located on the 16th fairway of the San Carlos Country Club, in the heart of San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico. Min 30 night stay.

Old world elegance spans 3300 feet of elegant indoor and patio living. Single story home with two bedrooms and private baths, powder room, office/den, large open plan family room, kitchen and dining, fireplaces inside and out provide comfortable living. Gated entry, gardener, weekly housekeeping, Fiber optic Wi-Fi, satellite television and surround sound system.

Monthly pricing includes all utilities except electricity.

The home is cleaned weekly and is maintained in good order. Non toxic cleaning products are used such as white vinegar and bleach. You will want to bring your own masks, hand sanitizer or other COVID PPE products for your personal satisfaction and for your use as you are out in public.

Please note this home is located in a quiet zone community. No loud parties are allowed after 10:00 p.m. Fines are imposed for an infraction. This rule was established by the HOA to protect the peace and livability of the homeowners and our renters.

Beautiful Home.

Very beautiful home and nicely decorated. Comfortable and all necessary items provided. Also, Janey is a very helpful with local information and answering questions about the area.

VERY IMPRESSED

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was a place that would work for us. This house is everything it promises and more. It is exactly as shown in the photographs and as described. The house is in a safe, gated area with great streets. Janey was extremely accommodating, from suggesting restaurants, to where to shop, etc. She even has a housekeeper come in once a week to clean, and she will shop and cook if you want her to. The King bed in the master is awesome - it's so comfortable and has the softest sheets. We were there a month and really didn't want to leave. I love this place !

Beautiful home in a lovely location.

We enjoyed our stay. The design and decor are reminiscent of old Spanish haciendas, except that everything is new! Very spacious, doesn't feel like a 2-bedroom not at all cramped or tight. Excellent closet space and storage. Great kitchen and amazing patio area. Thank you Janey!

Large and beautiful Mediterranean style Home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this gated community in the middle of San Carlos. Janey's home has been lovingly designed and built by her. It has amazing comfortable furnishings and beautiful artwork and accessories. Janey was a great host and always attentive to our comfort and needs. The location was perfect: in the middle of town but peaceful and quiet. Thanks again, Janey!

After moving to San Carlos in 2006 I built my own home, and a second house next to my property. My degree in interior design was invaluable during this process.

I am a dual citizen of Canada and the US, with my Permanent Resident status in Mexico.

Along with my passion for interior design I am a self-published author, a founding member of San Carlos Pueblo Escenico, and a board member of the San Carlos Foundation.

Why they chose this property

I designed and oversaw the construction of Casa de Vida Nueva, House of New Life in 2007. Prior to designing this home I lived in a Spanish Colonial home in Alamos. Sonora, Mexico. My goal was to create a similar ambiance with this home and I believe I have been successful.

What makes this property unique

I chose the Royal location to build my home because it is a quality and classy neighborhood that is quiet and secure and yet within one mile of restaurants and shopping. The home is a single story residence so it is very comfortable and the back patio overlooks the golf course. It's very tranquil and yet also very convenient to all local amenities.
