About this property

House within a condominium 5 minutes walk from the beach Geribá and 10 minutes from the beach of Ferradurinha.
The condominium has swimming pool, sauna, games room and parking, as well as a beautiful and very well kept garden.
The house has two bedrooms, one downstairs with adjacent bathroom and an upstairs suite, American kitchen integrated into the living room, a balcony with hammock and fence for dogs on the bottom and a deck with BBQ on the floor from above.

- Both rooms have fans and air conditioning;
- The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, refrigerator and microwave, as well as crockery, pots and cutlery for guest use;
- It is the house closest to the entrance and exit gate of the condominium, which facilitates the return to the beach.
