This home is ideal for families or small groups looking for somewhere stylish, comfortable, and convenient to base themselves while enjoying all that the Nelson-Tasman region has to offer.

**Special conditions**:

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

Garage - Please note that the garage area is not available for guest use. Ample off-street and on-street parking is available.

Personal home - This home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
