Everything included in this quaint studio apartment! Nightly, weekly, monthly! Free electric, water, wifi, roku. Three miles from interstate 90, Five miles from Lake Vermilion, and an easy commute of 35 miles to Sioux Falls.
You will have a 12' x 22' room (6' x 8' bathroom). Your room has one queen bed and a comfy leather recliner. A kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave, mini fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, crock pot, coffee pot. The bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower, grab bars, 14" stool, and vanity with medicine cabinet. Pack N' Plays available for infants. Iron and ironing board included.
Maid service free with nightly rates. Maid service available upon request, but not required, at an extra charge for bi-weekly or monthly rates. Tax applies for nightly and bi-weekly rates. NO tax for monthly rates!

Great disappointment

The site pictures are not representative of the actual property condition. The building is run down. In front of the entrance is a "junkyard" bench car seat for the guests. The room was humid, dingy, and smelled like mold. The overall impression was so bad we left without staying for the night.
