About this property

A cozy villa with sea view in a closed compound, pool with Jacuzzi, children pool, table tennis, table soccer available to the guests in the common area. The beach is in around 5-10 minutes walking distance (400-500m). It is with fine, golden colour sand and green-blue not-very-salty water.
The villa is spacious, the pool is only 10-15 m away from the door. The villa has a private Spa area with Sauna and hot tube. It has fully equipped kitchen where you can be the chief. If something is missing it can be delivered upon request.

24/7 assistance by the owner/rental agent who lives in the compound.

Spacious beach house with beautiful ocean views

Great house for our large family - plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone, plus games and toys for the kids! Ocean views from many rooms and incredible sunrises from the upper decks. Short walk down to the beach, but the walk back up may be a bit much for young kids or older adults. Nikolai was a fantastic host and was always available to answer our questions and help when needed.

This is the best accommodation we have rent iver the yrats. Large and good house with quiet AC, 4 balconies / patios, parking next to the house. The pool was big enough and clean, well maintained. Close to good restaurants. Nikoly was helpful with everything.

I am an ordinary person. Born in South Bulgaria. Moved to Varna when was 14. Finished Sport school in Varna as a hurdle runner (110m, 400m). Called on duty in BG Army in 96, finished in 98. Started working different available jobs. Lived in Acapulco, Mexico for almost 5 years where I worked mainly in Tourism. I worked in 5 star Quinta Real Acapulco Hotel starting from security guard and raised up to night manager practicant. Back in Bulgaria in 2007 and started managing Sun village just after it`s opening. Since then being it`s manager except for last year. Last year lived and worked in Oslo, Norway. From this year back to my duty as manager.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of the property are being in a very calm town where there is no chaos of tourists. There are beautiful beaches around. Fresh and clean air ( Byala is just between the two big coastal cities of Bulgaria- Burgas and Varna) as big cities are about 70 km away. The region of Byala has its micro climate which is drier and sunnier than other coastal areas. The beach line is unique, where green forest is coming down and meeting the golden sand. Very close there is a wild beach (Cara dere) which is my favorite beach. It can be reached by ordinary car and is only 6 km away. The Sun village compound is an unique place by design and is a very pleasant place to be. I can say I love it and I feel it as my home. A piece of paradise under the blue sky..
