Beautiful well appointed home designed with function, comfort and style in mind.
Ideal for enjoying outdoor living with an expansive deck with water view. The commercial kitchen is equipment with every essential and the open floor plan offers ideal entertaining space with family room, kitchen and deck providing open living. Immaculately clean and fung shui design. . Our home is in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing, long walks, enjoy the view on the deck or star gazing at night by the outdoor firepit. Don't forget to take an outside shower, a true beach house experience.

A great long weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was clean and as advertised. Very nice to relax after some long days. Kate was very helpful, accommodating, and quick to communicate.

I am a Rhode Island native, I was born in Barrington, RI. When I was a child, I spent my Summers in Middletown and Newport. I loved it so much, I purchased a home there after raising my sons in Naperville, IL. My husband, Ed Shanchas, and I love the beach, seafood, and making lasting friendships. We love the beauty and tranquility of Middletown and enjoy entertaining and sharing the love of our community with others. We also love meeting our guests and have made some treasured friendships from our experiences of hosting over the years. Our twin sons live in Austin TX, we cherish our time with them. Traveling for vacation, exploring the world, and experiencing other cultures are some of our favorites experiences. I received my B.S. in Business at The University of Rhode Island. I am proud to be involved in the URI Women's Leadership Organization. Ed is a Real Estate agent in Florida and Rhode Island, he manages our properties. I am a Realtor as well, in Rhode Island. Why they chose this property

We so appreciate the water view (although far) it's very relaxing and offers a tranquil experience. The large deck is so welcoming when entertaining and enjoying the Summer air. We have hydrangeas all over the property and surround our home with flower pots.

What makes this property unique

We are close to the Greenvale Vineyards, Sweetberry Farm, Norman Bird Sanctuary, Third Beach and Sachuest Beach in Middletown(our favorite). We are about a 15 min drive to downtown Newport.
