Luxury Villa with 3 bedrooms Fantastic sea view with private pool

Private Villa on mountain with fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. The property is enclosed by a stone wall and gate, We have an American caretaker and wife that live on the property in the casita. There is only one other Home in the entire project. The distance to Coco is 1 mile, about a 5 minute drive. In Coco you will find several grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, numerous restaurants including the new Hard Rock Café, spas, bars and night-life. We are only 20 minutes from the Liberia airport and Cima hospital.

Daily activities available range from world class fishing ,scuba diving, snorkeling at the beach, volcano tours, visiting national parks, atvs, to canopy adventures. You may just want to stay by the pool, take in the view , read a book, catch a little sun, and have a cocktail .

We just recently finished renovating in November of 2015. We painted inside and outside, purchased new bedroom furniture for all 3 bedrooms, living room furniture along with 2 new tvs, added a sleeper couch in the den for two, kitchen table, and new patio furniture. This is the first time our villa has been on the rental market. All comments are appreciated.

The house has 3 bedroom and 3 baths . The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath including double sinks. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 3/4 baths. All the bedding is new, mainly Tommy Bahama. Most of the furnishings were shipped from Miami. Outdoor living is a must a in Costa Rica and we have a very large patio with ocean view, great for coffee in the morning, We, also have a rancho by the pool that has a bar, bathroom, outside shower , sink, BBQ, and new patio furniture. The main house is cooled by central air and the bedrooms have their own individual air conditioners. The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances you will need to enjoy your time and meals at home.

We have owned our home in Coco for over 10 years and love spending time with family and friends there. We lived there full time with our two children for two years but moved back to Colorado when they started high school. it was a wonderful experience.
