Το ‘’THEA APARTMENT’’ βρίσκεται στην Αγία Μαρίνα Νέας Κυδωνίας ,σε απόσταση 10 χλμ από την πόλη των Χανίων και μόλις 1 χλμ από τις αμμώδεις παραλίες της Αγίας Μαρίνας ,τα εστιατόρια και τα καταστήματα. Κύριο χαρακτηριστικό του διαμερίσματος είναι η φανταστική θέα που απολαμβάνει ο επισκέπτης από την βεράντα αλλά και γενικά από την τοποθεσία όπου βρίσκεται το σπίτι.Είναι χτισμένο σε ψηλό λόφο, ανάμεσα σε ελιές και πορτοκαλιές και έχει θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο και όλη την περιοχή της Αγίας Μαρίνας!Για όσους ξυπνάνε νωρίς έχουν το προνόμοιο να δούν την μαγική ανατολή του ηλίου και τα πανέμορφα χρώματα στον ουρανό!!! Επίσης κατάλληλο σε όσους αγαπούν την πεζοπορία και την περιπλάνηση στη φύση! Πρόσφατα το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε ,η κουζίνα με τον εξοπλισμό της και το μπάνιο με τα είδη υγιεινής είναι καινούρια,όπως και το στρώμα στο υπνοδωμάτιο το οποίο είναι της Ιstikbal.Ορθοπεδικό,αντιμυκητιακό, αντιβακτηριδιακό,αεριζόμενο με αφαιρούμενο και πλενόμενο επίστρωμα τεχνολογίας ''STRESS THERAPY'' πού βοηθά στην μείωση του άγχους. Στο σαλόνι απολαμβάνετε δορυφορικά κανάλια, σε τηλεόραση 40''. Σας εύχομαι ολόψυχα μία ευχάριστη διαμονή!!!
