A restored farmhouse in the Umbrian Hills, located in the middle of olive trees. The main house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 with a separate guest house for 2 additional guests. The main bedroom has a terrace with beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside and the pool is located away from the house with fantastic views of the hillsides. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is surrounded by roses and flowering vines with a large outdoor eating area.

Vacances riches et reposantes.

Belle propriété, très agréable dans une région magnifique. Tout y est, il ne manque rien et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir profiter de la piscine après la visite de très belles villes aux alentours. Nous recommandons très vivement cette maison et remercions Edward pour sa disponibilité et réactivité à répondre à nos questions.

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung - perfekt für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes altes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail restauriert und renoviert. Alles da was man braucht - und noch ein bisschen mehr! Wir waren dort zu viert und haben ausschließlich das Haupthaus genutzt. Definitiv genügend Platz - auch für sechs Personen. Tolle Veranda (unser Lieblingsplatz am Morgen und am Abend und auch zwischendurch) mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Schöner großer Garten und toller Pool . Komplett ungestörte Atmosphäre- bis auf den Poolreiniger einmal pro Woche :-) Toll, entspannend, ruhig - genau das was wir wollten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful villa and location, very relaxed and remote but exactly what we wanted.

The house, garden and pool are all lovely. We enjoyed trips out to nearby hill top villages and towns. The culture and scenery were fantastic. We will be visiting again!
