Set in the quiet area of old town Albufeira, the apartment has breathtaking views over the sea and town. A gentle 10 minute walk downhill will bring you into the main square of the Old Town where you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The famous old town Beach ( approx 250m ) is just a 4 minute walk.

My stay at Andy’s holiday rental in Albufeira was near-perfect. The condo is roomy, comfortable and located in a fairly quiet street a few blocks above the old town, but still just a relatively short walk to all that the city has to offer — beach, restaurants/cafes, nightlife, shopping and groceries. The flat lacks no amenities (the washing machine was particularly handy) and the kitchen and bathroom are well appointed. There are two balconies (front and back) that respectively offer a great view of the beach/ocean and a tranquil spot for morning coffee. Andy was the perfect host. He was always available and super responsive to any questions or requests that I had. He was genuinely concerned that I enjoyed my stay and took strides to ensure that I was familiar with the town and surrounding areas. Heck, he even provided cogent advice on side trips I took to other cities in Portugal and Spain.

Lovely apartment - Lovely owner

Andrew was first class-Great communication from beginning to end.Greeted us & showed us around the apartment.Was at the end of the phone should we need him- Apartment was spacious.airy,comfortable,clean,secure & safe- Lovely balcony with view of the sea- Location is very good- Bus stop & land train(which we used a lot) on the doorstep Really hope to return one day soon Thank you Wendy & Dee

Albuferia 2023

Great apartment in excellent location. Short walk to beach and centre of old town for shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make the stay very comfortable. Andy was an excellent host from booking through to checking out. Very friendly, accomodating and always quick to respond to any queries.
