Only minutes away from the historic town of Panicale, Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany. The spacious apartment offers an elegant blend of modern and rustic living, comfortably sleeping 4/5 people. The large main living space is open plan with a fireplace and wood burning stove, seating area, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped luxury fitted kitchen. The double doors overlook the most beautiful countryside and the south facing covered terrace. You can also enjoy alfresco dining under the pergola in the garden! There are 2 luxurious bedrooms, both with queen size beds as well as 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a large shower. Wonderful restaurants are nearby. Havre de paix

Location magnifique, équipement de très bonne qualité, literie exceptionnelle. Le paysage est splendide ainsi que la piscine dans un endroit très calme et bucolique. L'absence de climatisation en plein mois d'août n'a pas été un problème, la maison restant fraîche. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Traumhaftes und bestens ausgestattetes Anwesen / Dream property with all amenities

Hier sieht man auf den ersten Blick die Liebe und Sorgfalt, mit der die Eigentümer das Objekt hergerichtet haben und pflegen. Die Bilder bleiben sogar noch hinter der Realität zurück. Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit mehreren Terrassen, wirklich gutem Pool mit Blick in die Hügel und nahe zu einer Vielzahl von Ausflugszielen. Die Eigentümer haben uns ferner mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke noch einmal!

Beautifully/tastefully decorated . With all the comforts and necessities one could possibly imagine . The hosts were easy to work with and offered a luxurious stay. We were sad to leave and would definitely return . Thank you .

Perfect traditional and modern apartment

The apartment ideally combines traditional Umbrian style with modern Equipment for a perfect stay. Lovely garden and pool. Very nice views to the Umbrian landscape. A good very basis to explore Umbria: Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and Assisi. And as well nearby parts of Tuscany like Montepulciano or Cortona and more. We thank Baz and Dee for their great hospitality!

Just What the Family Wanted

After a full sightseeing week in Florence we traveled to this super apartment which is beautifully located within a quiet area superb views from all around and ideal sized swimming pool. Internally the house was tastefully decorated with access to the landscaped garden from several doors, we dinned on the patio several lunch & nights with the pergola giving us all much needed shape. The owners communication prior & during our stay was first class supplying us with great local information on dinning, shopping and sightseeing. We had 3 teenage children with us and the pool was a magnet and at the same time we all had our own space if required. Thanks once again Baz&Dee

We fell in love with Italy the first time we got there! When we first found our apartment we knew we that this will be a place where we will enjoy spending every minute of our free time. My work is interior design and I couldn't have enjoyed it more when we were getting things together for the apartment, so now we can just visit any time we are free and hope that our guests will enjoy their stay as much as we do. We are now actively learning Italian and are hoping to immerse ourselves into the Italian way of live more and more!

Why they chose this property

The property has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and with care and attention to its original features. As it was a new renovation we could make choices as to the internal layout and fittings, which really appealed to us. The location was also what made us decide to buy as it is situated within a small village which is not too remote, yet within easy access to just about anything you might need.

What makes this property unique

We particularly like having our own garden and the shared pool facilities. There are 3 more apartments within the main house and it is nice that most of the time one of the other apartments is occupied. If we want to be on our own, we spend the time in the garden, but have met many interesting people while spending time around the pool!
